Johan Rijpma

Johan Rijpma is a visual artist. In his experimental films he makes use of video, animation, and photography, which serve as instruments for an artistic game in which he places often simple objects into unexpected contexts. He has thus far shot a dozen experimental movies, including Grow (Groeien, 2009), Tape Generations (2011), and Division (2012).
