A szerelem asszisztensei

You know exactly how it's going to turn out and you can even guess where it’s all going. And that's exactly how it happens. And yet you're not disappointed or bored. And that's actually the nice thing about it. I like it when a movie lives up to my expectations, doesn't let me down, has what I want to happen, and ends the way I want it to end. It's a good feeling. And I don't get the sense from this film that it was intended to be anything more. Just a good movie like we know it. 3 stars. (2018.10.22)

Rom-com about four actors, where two play hunks and two play bosses. The hunks agree to somehow make their bosses fall in love with each other, until they eventually fall in love themselves. Actually nothing offensive and even though the actors are more from the third Hollywood league, it was quite enjoyable. Zoey Deutch was also quite nice and the whole thing had the level of a chill American comedy, which isn't extremely funny, but you don't really mind and you enjoy relaxing while watching it. Actually a day later I completely forgot I'd seen this movie; if I hadn't glanced at FilmBooster I wouldn't have remembered. Which I guess in a nutshell tells you how the movie is. Nothing outstanding, doesn't make you think deeply about anything, nobody gives any special acting performance. It's just a disposable romantic comedy. And it's not bad, just... very average.
