Even if 100 Ghost Street: The Return of Richard Speck has some potentially good scenes, such as the one with the bed on which someone jumps at the end of the film, it's wasted because it's just allowed to fizzle out. Yes, found footage tries to be a record of events that really happened, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be better escalation or a real effort to truly scare the audience. This is only done here by repeating scenes from other films for the sake of it.
