The Black Gestapo

General Ahmed starts an inner-city People's Army to help the long-suffering citizens of Watts. When the people in the neighborhood are pressured by the Mafia, Ahmed's right hand man, Colonel Kojah forms a protection squad in spite of the General's fears that it will become a vigilante mob.
